Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in subject to room availability — please request in advance.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be accommodated on request, subject to availability.

Front desk is available 24/7 to assist with arrivals at any hour — please inform us if you expect a late check-in.

ID Verification & Booking

Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all adult guests (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID).

Advance payment is required to confirm a booking. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

A booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp after payment.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who cannot produce valid ID at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a one-night retention charge.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full first night's rate.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Guest Rules & Conduct

No smoking inside rooms or common areas. Designated outdoor area only.

No alcohol consumption in common areas. Please be respectful of neighbouring guests and the property's character.

No pets permitted on the property.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay. Charges will apply.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise levels must remain considerate of other guests.

Visitors must be registered at the front desk and cannot stay overnight without checking in.

Children Policy

Children below 5 years stay free when using existing bedding. No additional charge.

Children aged 5 and above are counted as guests and applicable room rates apply.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the property.

We do not have babysitting or childcare services — parents are fully responsible for their children during the stay.

Property & Liability

Parthas Suites is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the room safely and keep valuables secured.

Any damage to property, furniture, or fixtures will be assessed and charged to the guest prior to check-out.

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour.

General Terms

Parthas Suites reserves the right to modify rates and policies. Updated policies apply to new bookings made after the revision date.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.

By completing a booking, guests confirm they have read and agree to these policies.
